Labor of Love: Confident, Informed, and Empowered Birth (4 week childbirth series)
Birth is a powerful, transformative experience — and how you birth matters. This four-week childbirth class is designed to prepare you mentally, physically, and emotionally for the birth you want. Through a mix of education, planning, and practice, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to advocate for yourself, understand your options, and prepare your body and mind for labor.
This childbirth class empowers you to take an active role in your birth experience by exploring the importance of evidence-based care, your birth environment, and supportive providers.
