Would you believe me if I told you babies are not automatically born with an internal system that tells them how and when to sleep? Just like so many things your baby will learn from you, healthy sleep practices is one of them. You need sleep and your baby needs sleep. When healthy sleep is achieved it makes for a happy home all around. Your baby needs the proper amount of sleep so they can grow, thrive and learn. And that is where my services come in.

Many people associate "cry it out" with sleep training, but that is just one of many methods that can be used. I offer parent driven sleep learning practices that are curated on an individual bases. Gentle and holistic approaches that help you teach your baby or child to fall asleep independently.

I offer a complimentary 15 minute call to go offer your child's sleep challenges and how my services may be a fit for you.
