In this day and age there is so much information about childbirth, infancy & pregnancy out there. Does it seem like every person you meet at the grocery store or on Facebook has advice to give? As a birth doula, postpartum doula, lactation consultant and sleep consultant, we are here to help you navigate all that information and help figure out what works best for your family.
Epidurals, birth plan, induction, birthing stool, baby dance, hip squeeze, do all of these terms sound new to you? That's where we can come in as childbirth educators & doulas. We am here to answer all you questions and help you decide what is works for your. Our responsibility is to help you facilitate your birth experience and empower you during your birth, pregnancy & postpartum period.
Is my baby sleeping too much & getting enough milk? Why can't I put my baby down? How can I rest AND take care of a baby? Those beginning days, weeks and months can be filled with uncertainty & questions. As postpartum doulas and lactation support we can help assure you of normal newborn behavior as well as help find the right professionals if needed. We will be there to help with household duties so you and your partner can do what you are meant to- bond with your new baby and rest.

Hi, I'm Danielle.Birth & Postpartum Doula, Lactation Support, Sleep SupportI am a birth nerd, birth rights advocate and mother to 3 beautiful kids- with their births and breastfeeding journeys uniquely theirs. Having such different experiences with my children has only enhanced and added to my real-life experience that I can pass on to my clients. I have lived in the Hudson Valley area most of my life & am married to my high school sweetheart. When I am not supporting families or cuddling babies, you can always find me hiking near New Windsor, spending time at our barn on 60 acres in Bloomingrove, NY & going on adventures all over Orange & Ulster County with my 3 wild ones.
