You were on the floor massaging my aching back, walking the halls with me, running for ice & wet wash cloths, I honestly couldn't have done it without you! When I started screaming like a banshee for pain meds, you told me to get through the next contraction and we would discuss the pros & cons.  Thankfully my doctor was there, and checked me & I was ready to push, MEDICATION FREE!  IT was truly the birth experience I wanted."
